The LTV team of FSL-India conducted a winter camp in Good Samaritan Children’s Home in Byndoor, Kundapur from 12th to 27th October 2015. Volunteers from regular teaching and orphan teaching participated in this camp. The activities were mainly related to renovation works and, in total, 10 volunteers took part in it.
Two weeks ago we traveled to our beloved village Kirehalli in Hassan District. Although we only lived there for four weeks, it felt like coming home after a long time for us. On the second last weekend, from 23th to 24th October, some volunteers and I spent a couple of days in Mysore to see the celebration of the Hindu Dasara Festival, which takes place every year in September or October.
