Food supplement demonstration is the way to teach prepare food with proper nutrition. Practical demonstration took place in the three villages of ApolloTyre beneficiaries – Mathur, Oragadam and Sennakuppam.

Last Saturday September 12th HBP team visited different places in Moorabidri and surroundings in order to get new ideas to improve our plans for training center and SAP-K. These places are Sammilan Shetty Butterfly Park, Soans farm, Alva’s Ayurveda Medical Pharmacy and Shobhavana Garden and a nursery.

FSL India has hosted 18 Long Term Volunteers from 3 different countries (Germany, Italy and Taiwan). Volunteers have gone through different practical, theoretical and outdoor sessions to be well prepared for their successful journey in India.

India and UK group camp

FSL-India and Concordia UK organised a group camp in rural Bangalore called Venkatagiri kottai in the month of August. We had 12 female teen volunteers and 5 mentors and along with our 1 team leader. Camp focused on agricultural activities like interaction with local farmers, farming activities in the village, visit pottery to make pots, silk worm farm to know about seri-culture,  wall painting, educational drawing and teaching activities with kids.
