Ms. Zoe and Ms. Verena have been working at Community Seva Center since September 2016. Ms. Zoe and Ms. Verena came along for village visits and to get to know the people of the community.
On Thursday, the 4th of April, the tent school children from both Yedathi and Baikadi went for a trip to an island next to Brahmavara. Altogether, there were 28 children, 6 volunteers and 2 teachers.
Today, i.e. 7th of April, after the Health Camp, the FSL-India team organised a Parents’ Meeting for the Baikadi Village Tent School at 6 pm.

In the month of April, the cultural event was held on 14th April 2017 with 2 volunteers. Every month FSL-India, Mangalore has a cultural event for the Regular LTV volunteers also.
In the month of April 2017, FSL-India LTV Bangalore region organized a Cultural Event (CE) at Pondicherry zone, under the Theme ‘History’.
In the month of April 2017, FSL-India Kundapur hosted 12 Long Term Volunteers, all from Germany. The orientation was held at our Youth Training Centre, Kundapur.

The YDP-B officially turned 5 this year. Over the years, we have conducted several events that reflect our flexibility and diversity- clean-up drives, movie screenings, inter-cultural interactions, salsa workshops and self-defence lessons, to name just a few.
