This work camp took place in Kundapur from 10th to 22nd of August 2015 and we developed activities related to sustainable agriculture, kids and culture.
Independence day celebration at Tent school
For the first time in FSL-India tent school project, the tent school team celebrated Independence day on 15th of August at Yedthadi tent school, we started with Prayer song, Flag hosting, all together sung a National-anthem. My experience in tent school- Angela
I have been working in Yadthady Tent School for almost 4 months and all I can say is that I am loving it. I am working with Shalini, the local teacher; she is always very helpful and great to work with. At the moment, we have 13 children attending school, we had a bigger group but a few families left the camp because their work here has finished due to the rainy season and other issues. LTV Orientation- August
LTV-Orientation in Kundapur, August It is a festival season in our Youth Training Center in Kundapur for a week. FSL India has hosted 72 Long Term Volunteers from 4 different countries (Germany, France, Italy and USA) This was the entry for 2 sponsored volunteering programs called BMZ and IJFD, which includes 63 German young volunteers.

Mr. Raju, the CSR incharge of Hyundai steel India Ltd (formerly called HYSCO company) visited the Chennai Facility on 3rd and 4th July 2015. The objective of the meeting is to discuss on the recent update and flow of the project. GERIATRIC CARE COUNSELLING: ONE OF THE CSR EFFORTS WITH APOLLO TYRES
One of the growing issue not majorly addressed is the Geriatric care and its problems. The Geriatric care is identified as one of the major effort under the Health issues of the community under the CSR efforts between FSL India and Apollo Tyres Ltd. UNESCO-WHV camp in Hampi
A total 8 volunteers with 3 Indian volunteers in Hampi cleaned the surrounding areas Veerabadhra temple. The volunteers also took part teaching activities in the government primary school,they taught the importance nature conservation and sustainable development to the children with the help of 2 teachers.
