LTV Midterm Evaluation-Kundapur Region.

In total there were around 30 volunteers who participated in this evaluation. The main objective of MTE was to create platform for volunteers to evaluate the progress made in project based on the expected outcome.

Feedback from volunteers:

  • Coordinators took time to talk to everyone and try to help.
  • Good inspiration to think more about your stay in India.
  • Much time to exchange experiences and ideas.
  • Good food.
  • 1st day charts were interesting (for example the chart with the people we came in contact with)
  • The chart method is working out well. Everybody is contributing to it.
  • No stress J.
  • The session about personal development was very useful and in my opinion the most important one. We got some really important feedback from others and had also time to think about ourselves.
  • Personal development session was good.
  • 1 to 1 talk was great.
  • I was hoping to get some more ideas what I could do in the future in my project. May be FSL could also give us some ideas since they have a lot of experience with volunteer work.
  • I think we really waste too much papers. I think it is not necessary to use always these big paper sheets because it’s enough to use a small one and make some notes to talk about it. The waste of paper while evaluation is not eco-friendly.
  • FSL “shop” advertisements could be optional. When you are interested in donating for a good cause there is new merchandise. For more information just ask Marta.
  • The topic we talked about were good but not ‘deep’ enough. Instead of simple presenting charts you could have prepared further questions of discussions or giving new points to a group so that they have to justify themselves.
