FSL-India, Kundapur organized beach cleaning day at Padukere beach near Kota with collaboration of local village Panchayath, Rotary club, NSS unit of Government First grade college of Kata-Padukere, MSW Dept. Tenkanedeyru, Janatha fish meal & products. Program inaugurated by Local Business men Mr. Anand Kunder and he addressed the gather by explaining importance of beach cleaning and role of community people .

NSS students, FSL-India international volunteers,  MSW students, Local community people, youth , Kundapura HBP, LTV, Work camp and training center staff actively participated in this beach cleaning program by collecting waste.  We covered nearly 2 km surroundings and collected nearly 3 tons of waste. Collected plastic waste, Glass waste and other waste separately and transported to dumping yard.

Local community people and local Panchayath appreciated effort of FSL-India for organizing beach cleaning day and creating awareness about the  waste management among community people.
