The phenomenal success of the Sristi Village is a reflection of the ever increasing dedication and enthusiasm of FSL volunteers’ display on a continual basis.We would like to thank the whole FSL team for sending volunteers regularly to our project.

In 2015-2016 we have received two long term volunteers Mr. Jan Diekmann and Ms. Vivien Madeleine Kargoll from Germany. Mr. Jan and Ms. Vivien involvement in our project to establish an inclusive, self-sustaining and eco-friendly village for the people with intellectual disability was highly appreciated and we are grateful for their input and time. During their time here, Jan and Vivien helped us in our eco-village community, co-ordinate and motivated other volunteers to involve in farm activities and trained our community members in their daily living skills.

Furthermore they helped with our day-to-day activities. Both are very resourceful and dedicated Volunteer for our project and their ideas enriched our organisation immensely. Sristi Foundation appreciates their gift of time, energy and enthusiastic support.
