My name is Marie, I’m from Belgium and I spent 2 months as a volunteer in Mangalore, South India.
FSL India in collaboration with Suryodaya Foundation conducted a 30 days summer camp in Hunsur, Mysore. The main focus was on Tree plantation and wall painting.
The phenomenal success of the Sristi Village is a reflection of the ever increasing dedication and enthusiasm of FSL volunteers’ display on a continual basis.We would like to thank the whole FSL team for sending volunteers regularly to our project.
I really like my project so far. My host family cares about me and when I need help they help me. For me not just my host father and my host mother are my family. I am living in the project and that’s why the whole staff team seems to be part of my family.

FSL INDIA LTV team organised workshop for contact person and host family to build relationship with FSL and also support them related on handling volunteers.
FSL India organized Cultural Event for regular volunteer on 13th May 2016. The volunteer Sarah Abgrall who is working in Mangalore-South India. This month cultural event focused on Hindu ritual called Koola.
