In the month of November 2018, FSL-India had a great opportunity to host the 35th CCIVS General Conference and General Assembly between 21st-27th of November 2018 (which was also the 70th Anniversary of CCIVS) http://ccivs.org/

In total there were around 54 participants from the following continents, i.e. Asia-Pacific, Africa, America and Europe.

The main objectives were:

a.    General Conference was to develop a new strategic planning process for the 2020 movement

b.    General Assembly was held to fine-tune the Executive Committee members’ positions and also come up with a common agreement on the major issues that have to be tackled within the movement. 

Indeed, this event has marked a history and strengthened collaboration among partner organisations and also committed to advance the spirit of volunteerism.

We also take the gratitude to thank each and every participant for their active participation and contribution. Without their presence, this event would not have been a successful one.

We also hope that this conference will be helpful to all the participants, and also they will be able to implement all the ideas gained during the Conference for the betterment of their program.
