The FSL-India from Chennai facility have taken various efforts to gather the youth boys and formed the youth group in the Dream Village Project at Vallakottai Panchayath.

The formed youth group was got registered under the government body exclusively meant for the Indian youth called Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan. The process was very simple that by meeting the district director we got a registration form and by filling them and submitting it we got the registration certificate which helped to open a joint account in the nationalized bank.

 The government body for youth is functioning at every districts of the state to trigger the sportive spirit and to channelize the stamina of the youth for the development activities of their own villages. Hence the boys were gathered and motivated through a special training on personality development on 5^th March-2016. About forty two young boys from the Nehru youth group were actively participated in the interactive session. The Youth development trainer Mr.Joseph Raj was invited from Kancheepuram and conducted the training. He kept the boys at their toes throughout the training by quoted Swami Vivekananda as a focused point and motivated the youth from his words “Awake….arise….and stop not till they obtain their goals in life. The youngsters gave their feed back at last stating that their vibrant and sportive energy has been well organized from his motivational speech.
