      Sea-turtles are sporadic creatures and are considered to be an endangered species. In the west coast of Karnataka, on the shores of Kundapura and Byndoor, seven wounded sea-turtles were found.            A sea turtle conservation/environment themed workcamp (WC) took place in Kundapura, Karnataka in the month of February 2014.       Twice this season (on the 30th of December, 2013 and the 13th of January 2014) turtle eggs were found in the Kundapura region. 102 turtle eggs were found in December in Marvanthe, and 81 turtle eggs were found in January in Nagoor.
