On Sunday morning, October 12th , the first turtle nest of the season was found on the Beach of Gangolli by a Contact Person who informed FSL. Sea-turtle nesting relocation and hatchery management

      Twice this season (on the 30th of December, 2013 and the 13th of January 2014) turtle eggs were found in the Kundapura region. 102 turtle eggs were found in December in Marvanthe, and 81 turtle eggs were found in January in Nagoor.
