SPOCs Annual CSR Meet (SAM) event at Bosch India
Since 2018, the Robert Bosch’s (RBEI) CSR team and FSL India have been working on a model to enable and empower the SPOCs to drive Volunteerism for all CSR topics at department and central level, and bring all of them into one single platform to take it through. This would eventually help achieve active employee volunteering in RBEI/CSR projects through a structured approach and a more decentralised way of working and empowerment.
FSL India has conducted Social Leadership workshops for 75 employees of Bosch, with the objective of developing employee’s leadership skills using social engagement as a tool.
A historic step in this direction was the formation of the first CSR Core Committee for trained social leaders at RBEI on Friday, 13th, Sept 2019 with 40 registered CSR SPOCS. For the first time ever, a Core Committee has been created at RBEI to drive Volunteerism to newer levels, constituted within the frameworks of RBEI/CSR-Volunteerism.
FSL India facilitated the event which included energizers, activities, and the election of Bosch’s first CSR Core Committee.
