Everything starts with an idea. This time an idea that should make learning fun that should guarantee inter-cultural learning that would challenge both the volunteers and the students, an idea that would make a change.  FSL-India Eco-club team started Masterclass session in HMM school 10 students small group, During an 8 week long Masterclass with students of HMM school Kundapur improved their knowledge level, moreover they had fun and gained new skills. Project work, team work, learning strategies, presentations, essay writing, communication, research, time management, dancing, designing and theater were all included into the sessions, making it a nice mix between theory and practical.

At the moment the students are working hard on the capstone project. A challenging project in which they can use all the new skills they learned throughout the project. After finishing this all the students will receive a certificate of accomplishment and they will be the very first students ambassadors of the Eco-club, a result to be proud of.

“Exhilarating, that might be the best word to describe this project, build up from scratch. I was surprised by the motivation of the students, the creativity and how fast they learned. It’s a project I will never forget and made my volunteer experience great.”
