On 29^th June-2016,  there was an inaugural event on gardening work at Thandalam pond for which the DYMOS staff Mr. Dayanithi the senior HR &  the Head of the Department and Mr. Bagavathi, from Finance department have participated and facilitated the event.

It was requested by the DYMOS team to invite them on the start of every new project component.  Accordingly the team have come and inaugurated the garden work by planting a sapling.

After the plantation he has expressed his satisfaction on the work progress going on at Thandalam pond. During the event he was asked for the suggestion regarding the alternative program of water conservation program to be carried through film show in the village at evening for which he agreed to do so.

Besides he suggested to go along with the Panchayath president’s opinion and of his suggestions in each and every work so that they must feel content and satisfaction.

He also suggested if there will be any budget problem he asked FSL India to send the revised budget with an appropriate quotation so that he could consult with his team and decide further.
