Honored to be a part of FSL India…..

I, Vandana Tallur am honored to be a part of FSL India as the Work Camp Communicator & Talent Management Coordinator. I am nurtured by the ideals of Gandhiji, Swami Vivekananda, and The Dalai Lama. Being in a country with a blend of rich cultures and a myriad of languages has made me empathic and patient towards my fellow countrymen. This led me to FSL India and I am proud to be part of Team FSL India.

My work experiences in various fields and in various roles a counselor, branch manager, team member, faculty member of Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior has strengthened my skills in being a people’s person. I have been responsible for a number of HR functions, including recruiting, retention, talent management, implementation of strategies, knowledge sharing and capacity building.

As consultant, I was primarily responsible to conceptualize and develop educational CDs for “Headstart”, a program of the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh, India which was undertaken by Rajiv Gandhi Shiksha Mission with the support of UNICEF. My quest to learn new languages and culture has enhanced my ability to respect and be sensitive to people from varied religious and cultural backgrounds.
