In the month of August we had a very refreshing group workcamp with Voltra- Hong Kong.This is our first time to organise a mini workcamp for 4 days.

We had 13 Hong Kong volunteers with 2 team leaders. The workcamp focused on diverse activities like tree plantation, education activities, Independence day celebration and educational drawing and black board painting.

To get into deeper our volunteers get a chance to explore Indian cultural belief and customs by visiting Hindu temple, very old Mosque and church’s. We also visited local slum community to understand he life style of  people over there. We enjoyed our meal in one of the oldest hotel Taj in Bangalore. These 4 days ends with lots of learning and joyful moments.
