Health Mela program organized by FSL India under the Apollo Tyre’s Health & Hygiene CSR Project on 29^th September 2015 in government higher secondary school, Mathur, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu. It was inaugurated by Dr.Sathyamoorthy Chief Guest from Apollo Foundation.

During this mela we’ve provide various health assistance and awareness in the same roof through various private and government stakeholders. The doctors from Savitha medical college, District AIDS control and prevention unit from Kanchipuram, noncommunicable diseases like Tuberculosis department, Sidha Ayurvedic medicine center, the Appropriate technology team and Natural food and nutrition center are also involved in this Program. Each allocated by individual stall. There was a film show separately highlighting health and hygiene activities for the beneficiaries. Quiz competitions conducted and prizes distributed. There were 207 people participated and 34 people have undergone sugar (diabetic) test and 26 out of them were found out as diabetics.
