In the month of June, FSL-India organized a Final Evaluation (FE) for our Long Term Volunteers (LTVs) at KROSS, Bangalore.

This event was held on 28^th & 29^th June 2017, in which there were 39 volunteers from AFS/BMZ who took part in the FE. The main objective of the FE is to provide a platform to express the volunteers’ learnings and evaluate their contribution to the projects/HF. The LTV team also organized some games and energizers, to add more fun to the event.

During their free time, the volunteers discussed with each other, shared their feelings and were highly motivated. In the evening of the first day, the volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions made the volunteers review their learning in India. We, the LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according to the volunteers’ feedback, it has actually been successful.
