Final Evaluation for Experiment Germany volunteers – March 2019

Final Evaluation for Experiment Germany volunteers – March 2019

FSL-India’s LTV Kundapur team organised the Final-Evaluation for our Long Term Volunteers from Experiment Germany. The programme was held for 1 day, on 25th March 2019. In total, 8 volunteers from EG took part in this evaluation. The FE was organised at FSL-India’s Centre for Experiential Living. Through the FE, the LTV-Kundapur team collected the volunteers’ final feedback and impact study details about their project, host family and their intercultural experience.

On the first day, LTV’s Kundapur team organised different sessions for the year’s feedback, covering the volunteers’ experience in their project and host family and details of their impact. They also conducted some games for group bonding and some energisers.. The volunteers explained about their situation before coming to India, the seminar in Germany, how they felt after 9 months in India and also the challenges faced by them in India.

Most of them appreciated their time in India. The LTV-Kundapur team collected all the feedback received from the volunteers, which contributes to their final evaluation. They enjoyed meeting and interacting with the other volunteers, the ambience of our CEL, and also the delicious food.

Some feedback from our volunteers:

Leyla: The accommodation was really good, same as the food. Some of the sessions were interesting.

Chantal: The CEL is a really nice accommodation and it feels like home. The food at the CEL was amazing and we enjoyed our time together during the FE. A huge ‘Danyavadagalu’ for the FSL CEL and all the coordinators and staff members for being there for us during this evaluation.
