Final Evaluation Bangalore and Kundapur region- July

FSL had two Final Evaluation for AFS NH14 batch in the month of July. One was held in FSL India’s head office on 18h and 19th July 2015 at Bangalore and the other one was organized in Kundapur on 23rd and 24th July. Altogether there are 24 volunteers participated. The LTV get-together for the month of July has been organized in Mysore on 16th and 17th 2015 in Arivu trust. Arivu is an innovative school based in Mysore. At Arivu learning is activity based, collaborative and relevant to everyday life. Education is not limited to classroom and knowledge is not limited to books. There were three volunteers and four FSL-India staff members participated in the get together.

In the month of July, FSL India hosted 03 Long Term Volunteers from two different countries (Italy & Spain).  Every evening we have organised different events for the exchange of Intercultural learning. The Kundapur Region monthly Get Together for the month of June was held on Thursday and Friday, 11th and 12th at FSL Training Center. Six volunteers and three staff participated in this event. Thursday morning all the participant went to Kollur in FSL’s jeep.

A background of the project/local partner in which they were placed: Spoorthi Organization was started in 2009 under society registration act 1860. It is a Non-government organization that mainly focuses on women empowerment.
