Sea-turtle conservation Awareness at Uppunda

HBP team organized Sea-turtle Conservation (STC) Work camp from 10th to 21st November-2014. This is the 2nd work-camp of the Sea Turtle Conservation Project, which took place in Uppunda-Madikal village. Despite of only one volunteer from France arriving for the work-camp, the two weeks of raising awareness about sea turtles was a great success.

During Dasara holidays HBP – Tent school team of FSL-India, had successfully conducted a  Winter camp at the Heskatturu and Yedthadi tent school and 18 children were benefited.  Camp held from 13th to 28th October-14.   During the camp, tent school team organized various activities like Mask making,  Paper craft, Visited Mandarthi temple, Painting,  balloon game, Fruit guessing, Memory games and group bounding games.
