Play For Peace at Mavinakatte school

This time LTV, FSL India- Kundapura organized Play For Peace (PFP) session in Government Higher Primary School, Mavinakatte. The objective of this session :  to take responsibility in save the earth from plastic. The session was planned for 1.30 hours. Children really enjoyed participating. We used energizers, de-inhibitisers and communication methods in this activity.

Kundapur workcamp-December

Sea turtle conservation and Sustainable agriculture work camp held at Kundapura from 7th to 18th December. Volunteer from South Korea , 2 YDP volunteers and HBP volunteers participated in this work camp. After the orientation about projects volunteers and staff visited Kundapura city and Gangolli harbor for Chennai drive and collected money, materials from the community people to help Chennai victims. Volunteers felt very happy about this Nobel work.

FSL India is organized the First Quarterly Evaluation for 2015 – 2016 batch Weltwärts and IJFD pax. which was held between 2nd and 4th December 2015 in Organization for the Development of People (ODP). There were 24 volunteers and 4 FSL staff participated.

FSL India has hosted 5 long Term Volunteers for this month’s cultural event. Volunteers invited from an Indian family for lunch and ‘Yekshagana’ play. In the beginning facilitator let introduction of participants and explained about next activities. Volunteers look so excited to visit Indian family and watch folk dance Yekshagana.

Inauguration of Tailoring Training

As a part of Dream Village Project Phase-II, on 17.12.2015 FSL India has organised the Inaugural Program for the Livelihood Skill Training and Development on Tailoring. The real beneficiaries are women folk. It is 40 days of Indoor Training with both Theory and Practical teachings.
