FSL have been placing volunteer in the host family for the past 06 months. The volunteer is working in a Trible teaching project called Nisarga Foundation. The project is located in HD Kote. The family cooperation with FSL and with volunteer is really wonderful. Through getting volunteers from FSL India family also leant a lot from the volunteers. Prize distribution program

Prize distribution program organized at Maravathe, Kodi Kanyana and Thrasi Schools for the winners of drawing competition . School H.M, Teachers, HBP staff, sea turtle volunteers  and school children participated. Volunteers and HBP staff selected best drawings which conveyed messages of sea turtle conservation. Winners  got Geometric box and other students who participated in competition got Crayons. Nearly 120 students participated and 9 students are winners. Students enjoyed and got information about sea turtle conservation.

KEEP LALBAGH CLEAN 4th action: A great success !!

For the 4th time in 18 months, the Youth Development Program interviened in the Lalbagh park during its flower show, on January 25th and 26th.  The Keep lalbagh Clean aims at rising awareness about the littering problem Bangalore is facing. This year, more than 1500 participants joined the YDP-Bangalore team of 60 volunteers and we collected more than 8.000 litres of trash in the Park. Recently, 15 members of FSL Staffs, of the YDP Bangalore and few international volunteers attended a first aid training, given by the Red Crosss section of Bangalore. Out of being useful in many cases and situation, we received a great dose of awareness about the different daily risks we can find in our lives and in the Voluntary Service Field.
