The Chennai office took another initiative to promote the peace from a local community through a CSR project called “Community asset creation at Thandalam Panchayath”.

This program is sponsored by the corporate company of Hyundai Dymos  Lear Private Limited at Irunkattukottai, Sriperumbudure-Chennai. There was an awareness session conducted on the water conservation and water management method on 29^th June-2016. There were 40 people from the panchayath participated in the session and came to know the importance of water and the need of water conservation.

During the session the participants were enlightened by explaining the following topics. 1. The available measurement of good water & salt water level in the world. 2. The upcoming danger on insufficient and scarcity of water for the future generation. 3. The roles and responsibilities of present generation to preserve the water.  4. Various factors and reasons for water pollution. 5. The importance of Thandalam pond (600 meters in radius) as a source of water table or water reservoir. 6. Knowledge on Dymos support to renovate the pond with other contribution to beautify the pond etc were explained during the training and asked how they are going to preserve and protect the properties created by DYMOS. They all replied to stop the people either local or outsiders not to misuse the pond and its water for any cost. So whoever see such a person and whenever damage is caused it is people’s responsible to stop such incident not to happen again.
