In the month of May, FSL India hosted 03 Long Term Volunteers from 2 different countries (Netherland & France).  Every day we have organised different events for the exchange of Intercultural learning.

Volunteer-India

First day was  traditional Indian welcome and all the volunteers had chance to have Henna, Meanwhile volunteers had the opportunity to test their skills by working in a project for the half day during the week. Volunteers were also presented the facts and figures of their counties to the school children during “Country Presentation” session. They had chance to saw the Cultural Music. They cooked there country food.

Volunteer’s feedback on Orientation week:

-It was very good. The people of FSL India are very friendly and the other volunteers as well”.

-It was also very cool to be with the FSL group everybody very nice to us and thank you everybody”.

-We got a lot of Information about the way of living in India and the things, we should take care of”.

-The orientation was very interesting to begin in India to be prepare, about the culture, the pedagogy end to be with all people of FSL for seeing the life in FSL office for the beginning”.

-Necessary time to adapt our self to the project. It’s very nice to meet so nice people, it’s also because I finally received my project information.
