On 11th Friday MSW students from Thenkanidiyoor first grade college & center for PG studies visited our training center and interacted with volunteers and staff of FSL-India Kundapura.
Women’s day celebration!!
On 8th of March FSL-India’s Tent school team celebrated Women’s day with collaboration of MSW college Barkur at tent school project migrant women at Yedthadi and Baikadi. The program organized to motivate migrant women by organizing competitions for them. The program started with introduction, introductory speech & session on importance of the women day celebration by Mr. Jeevan.
Vegetable harvesting in our Training Centre kitchen garden!
It has been a long, challenging and hard process but we are really happy to let you all know that we are already harvesting some of the vegetables from out kitchen garden in FSL India Training Centre, Kundapur. We have already prepared delicious ‘brinjal palia’ (Indian side dish made out of brinjal, aubergine) and mango chutney (with our spicy chillies) and we expect to cook many more meals out of them.
Visit of Green Valley school students to training center Kundapura.
On Tuesday 23rd February, around 50 students and teachers from Green Valley National School Shiroor visited FSL Training Center in Kundapur to learn more about how they can get active in protection of the environment.

FSL India has hosted one Long Term Volunteer and she is from Belgium. Volunteer have gone through different sessions to be well prepared for their successful journey in India.
16th Happy Move camp- Pongal Celebration!!
FSL India had organized the Global youth Volunteering program- 16th Happy Move camp in January 2016. The camp has been organized for 10 days in Kancheepuram and Thiruvallur District of Tamil Nadu state in India. Nearly 105 volunteers (both Korean and Indian) have participated in 16th HMC.

On health and hygiene project we’ve organised the Baby show program on 23rd Feb’2016 at Adi Diravidar welfare High School. Mr. Shankar, Wise President, Sennakuppam Panchayath Presided over the Show and Mr. Thanikasalm, HM , Adi Diravidar welfare High School, Ms. Jeyanthi HM Adi Diravidar welfare Primary School , Ms. Vanaja Anganwadi worker of Sennakuppam , Ms. Gomathi , Anganwadi worker of Orgadam , PLF representatives and 116 mothers and children were participated the baby show.
