In early March 2012, FSL India received another batch of 9 new volunteers from 4 countries for long-term volunteering. Prior to the departure and be placed in different projects, FSL India organised a week-long orientation for new volunteers in Bangalore and Kundapur. In February 2012, a total of 11 new volunteers from 6 different countries arrived for long-term volunteering service. FSL India organised a week-long orientation for the new volunteers in two locations at Bangalore and Kundapur. As part of the inter-cultural learning, FSL India organised a week-long orientation for the new volunteers at FSL India Guest House, Kundapur between 2nd to 7thJanuary 2012. Once again Kundapur town was enriched with people from nine different nationalities. In this month 38 volunteers arrived from Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, UK, Austria and Finland. It was one of big group of volunteers came down to Kundapur at a time.
