LTV team organized Mid Term Evaluation for long term volunteers. The Evaluation was held for 3 days from 4^th to 6^th April 2016. In total 33 volunteers from different programs like EG, AFS and IJGD took part in this evaluation.

The MTE was organized in FSL India training centre. The aim of MTE is to evaluate the volunteer’s Learnings & contributions in order to develop appropriate strategies to attain quality results.

LTV team organized different activities like Expectations and Fears on MTE, challenges and results chart, personal development, chart evaluation, intercultural experience sharing and open discussion. We also conducted some games and energizers like Acid River etc.

 During their free time volunteers discussed with each other, shared their feelings and got motivation. The second day in the evening volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions helped volunteers to strengthen their motivation for their remaining days in India.

We, all LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according to the volunteers’ feedback, it is really successful. Even though with lots of challenges butstil everything worked well and we are really satisfied with our work and the results.
