After the participants from both schools assembled at 9 am, all the students, teachers and volunteers were driven to the island by several rickshaws. There everybody recognized the enormous beauty of nature consisting of dozens of palms and rocks. Moreover, there was the possibility to relax in lovely huts or hammocks.

However, most of the children preferred romping around or playing cricket and volleyball. There were several other places for the children to climb in an exciting but also safe way.

At 1 pm, delicious food and sweet payasam was provided to all the participants of the trip. At the beginning, there were two separated groups, one of the Yedathi children and another of the Baikadi students. During the day, the children got to know each other and became closer.

Finally, the trip ended while eating some vanilla ice cream and driving back to the students’ homes.

All in all, everybody enjoyed the day because nobody had to worry about domestic problems and especially the children could do whatever they wanted and behave like lucky kids.
