“We enjoy teaching children that too through games. It is a real fun” says Ms. Annelis, Ms. Hannah & Mr. Ewen together in a bold voice.

What did they do? What enjoyment they got? They taught young children personal Hygiene practices that has to be carried out everyday… They travelled widely to all our five villages of 14th Happy Move Camp 2015 – Kiloy, Thirupandiyur, Amarambedu, Naduverapattu and Vellarithangal to teach the school children on Personal Hygiene between 20th february – 2nd March 2015.

The personal hygiene such as how to wash the hands (steps to wash hands properly), how important daily to brush the teeth and taking bath, how many times they need to do this, how to drink water safely in order to get rid of water borne diseases etc taught to about 200 children (primary school children) of these villages .. The highlight of the whole program is that they disseminated the message to the children through involving them in games, showing the videos etc. The innovative method of teaching not only attracted the children but also made the teacher as well to be get involved in the whole process.

To be with the children is a great Enjoyment…. Being with them with the Purpose is the greatest Achievement….!!!
