On 17^th June, 2016 In Kundapura a programme of silent protest and candle walk was organised by Dr Noel Mathew from Dr Muller Medical College Hospital Mangaluru, Dr Kalashree from Goverment hospital Kundapura.

Ashritha nursing college Kota with colloboration of FSL-India Kundapura from candle walk protest started from Shashtri circle in the evening.

The program was organised to create Anti Rape Squads (ARS) in every police station to reduce the rape cases. The program was held to spread awareness among people. During the program doctors, nurses, social activist, local public, NGO’s, JCI members, FSL-India staff & volunteer been part of the procession.
