Ragland Devadas is degree holder with a Diploma in Rural Development with IRMA, has over 35 years of experience in community-based child, women and youth development programs for both rural and urban populations. He has worked as a liaison between various international funding agencies and national partners and has vast experience in proposal writing, budgeting, programming and implementation, as well as the monitoring and evaluation of projects.
His responsibilities span the facilitation of youth development and mobility across the globe in partnership with national and international youth organizations, networking with government and non-governmental agencies, as well as the implementation, monitoring and impact assessment of all FSL India projects across India. A significant responsibility is the administration of the Erasmus Program for Youth Mobility funded by the European Commission.
