There were 24 volunteers and 4 FSL staff participated.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1886.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9993 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1886.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer- India-QTE\" width=\"288\" height=\"216\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1920.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9994 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1920.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer- India-QTE\" width=\"288\" height=\"216\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1925.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Overall objective of QTE: <\/u><\/strong>To ensure volunteers understanding about their project, host family system and the intercultural acceptance through evaluation and to help participants settle on their future actions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities conducted:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Host family skit presentation \u2013 Regarding host family<\/p>\n<p>-Activity, Challenges, Progress and Expected outcome \u2013 regarding work<\/p>\n<p>-Discussion on safety<\/p>\n<p>-Motivation now and after \u2013 regarding volunteerism<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9995 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1925.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer- India-QTE\" width=\"301\" height=\"226\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Some feedback from Volunteer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Good to share experience<\/p>\n<p>-Good topic<\/p>\n<p>-Very good food, super accommodation, interesting and enriching sessions<\/p>\n<p>-Good accommodation and food but the interviewers uses too late<\/p>\n<p>-Sessions much better than orientation week<\/p>\n<p>-very interesting to exchange experience and different views<\/p>\n<p>-Could be alone in half of the time<\/p>\n<p>-Relaxed sessions nice atmosphere, I felt good thank you.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FSL India is organized the First Quarterly Evaluation for 2015 \u2013 2016 batch Weltw\u00e4rts and IJFD pax. which was held between\u00a02nd\u00a0and 4th December 2015 in\u00a0Organization for the Development of People (ODP).
