Volunteers have gone through different sessions to be well prepared for their successful journey in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1793.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-9982\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1793.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteers-India-Longterm project\" width=\"434\" height=\"250\" \/><\/a> <!--more-->Regarding orientation, we developed the activities we usually carry out for orientation week when more volunteers take part in it, such as Indian welcome, expectation and fear conflict in communication, Safety, Understand cultural indicator, Introduction about FSL India, Indian lifestyle, Social concerns of India, project information, Indian pedagogy, volunteer\u2019s role and responsibility, Hindu philosophy &amp; a small tour of training centre and SAP-K. We studied previous orientation feedback written by volunteers and added two more sessions. They are Kundapur town tour and Bollywood dance. Facilitators played some of Place for Peace games and volunteers really had fun. Overall we feel our volunteers will keep the volunteering spirit with them to bring changes in their and also in others life and will carry the same excitement throughout the stay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9984 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Z51_Nova-_20151211_161131_1.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteers-India-Longterm project\" width=\"289\" height=\"183\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1969.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9983 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/IMG_1969.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteers-India-Longterm project\" width=\"320\" height=\"183\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We, all LTV staff, consider this orientation to be a success. Moreover, according to the volunteer&#8217;s feedback, it has actually been successful given that all feedback we have received is really positive.
