The program was held for 3 days from 30<sup>th<\/sup> November to 2<sup>nd<\/sup> December 2015. In total 33 volunteers from different programs like EG, AFS and IJGD took part in this evaluation. The QTE was organized in FSL India training centre. The objective of QTE is to ensure that the volunteers understand about their project, host family and intercultural acceptance through the evaluation and to help participants to prepare themselves for their future actions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9961 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1422.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-Longterm\" width=\"312\" height=\"181\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9963 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1587.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-Longterm\" width=\"312\" height=\"181\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">LTV team organized different activities like host family skit presentation, a session about challenges, motivation and open discussion. We also conducted some games like Acid River and some energizers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obviously not everything was working time. They also counted on some free time. During their free time volunteers <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1587.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9962 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1600.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-Longterm\" width=\"365\" height=\"214\" \/><\/a>discussed with each other, shared their feelings and got motivation. The second day in the evening volunteers had a one-to-one meeting with their coordinators. All these discussions helped volunteers to strengthen their motivation for their remaining days in India.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We, all LTV staff, consider this evaluation to be a success. Moreover, according\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 to the volunteers\u2019 feedback, it has actually been successful.
