Seminar will be organized at Rural Education and Action for Liberation (REAL).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Date: 16<sup>th<\/sup> to 18<sup>th<\/sup> November 2015<\/p>\n<p>No of Volunteers: 19 Volunteers (Chennai \u2013 10 &amp; Pondicherry 9 )<\/p>\n<p>No of Staff: 4<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Overall objective of QTE: <\/u><\/strong>To ensure volunteers understanding about their project, host family system and the intercultural acceptance through evaluation and to help participants settle on their future actions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1330.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9867 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1330.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-QTE\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1418.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9869 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1418.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-QTE\" width=\"261\" height=\"196\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Activities: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-Host family skit presentation \u2013 Regarding host family<\/p>\n<p>-Energizers: Acid River \u2013 Tumbler on plate, Pick water bottle with thread<\/p>\n<p>-Activity, Challenges, Progress and Expected outcome \u2013 regarding work<\/p>\n<p>-Discussion on safety<\/p>\n<p>-Motivation now and after \u2013 regarding volunteerism<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1334.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9870 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1439.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-QTE\" width=\"268\" height=\"201\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-9868 alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/IMG_1334.jpg\" alt=\"Volunteer-India-QTE\" width=\"274\" height=\"205\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Feedback from Volunteer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*Food was good.<\/p>\n<p>*Only 2 and \u00bd days, more time needed<\/p>\n<p>*Nice accommodation food, the small amount of people was nice.<\/p>\n<p>*One advice for emergency plan session: it would be nice to focus a bit more on smaller issues with potential danger which have already happened to many of us e.g.: being followed\/stared at\/touched by strange guys etc.<\/p>\n<p>*Accommodation was very nice and the food was perfect but the next time more energies.<\/p>\n<p>*Nice accommodation and food, but the unity about fears and expectations was in my opinion pretty senseless<\/p>\n<p>*Thanks you so much, you are nice guys and doing a good job!<\/p>\n<p>*Thanks you!
