FSL had two Final Evaluation for AFS NH14 batch in the month of July. One was held in FSL India\u2019s head office on 18h<\/sup> and 19th <\/sup>July 2015 at Bangalore and the other one was organized in Kundapur on 23rd<\/sup> and 24th<\/sup> July. Altogether there are 24 volunteers participated. The Evaluation was facilitated by LTV team<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0The objective of the Final Evaluation is to provide platform to express volunteer\u2019s Learnings and \u00a0evaluate their contribution to the projects\/ HF and to evaluate performance of FSL India to find \u00a0ways to improve the quality. Final evaluation focused on the aspects of the preparatory seminar\/ \u00a0pre-departure training in Germany, feedback on the on-arrival orientation facilitated by FSL-India, \u00a0challenges faced by the volunteers and the rewards, volunteers\u2019 personal development, \u00a0contribution towards the project, impact created and results achieved, learning from the \u00a0intercultural experience and preparation of reverse cultural shocks.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n

This weltwearts program is an opportunity to learn new skills, make different experience, understand the lifestyle, culture, etc.\u00a0 It is also an equal opportunity for FSL staffs to learn with volunteer while facilitating them. The volunteers have set up personal and project goals during the first quarterly evaluation. The facilitators has presented impact study report which is prepared\/observed by the project contact person. The presentation was helped volunteers to know their contribution and the feedback of CP on their work. After this presentation all the volunteers felt very happy and emotionally touched by their work which was appreciated by the project.<\/p>\n

As this program is funded by the German ministry volunteer are requested not to forget the aim and goal set up by BMZ. In recognition of volunteer\u2019s contribution to the FSL India\u2019s project and for the remarkable work, the Joined Director honored volunteers with certificate. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
