Arivu is an innovative school based in Mysore. At Arivu learning is activity based, collaborative and relevant to everyday life. Education is not limited to classroom and knowledge is not limited to books.\u00a0There were three volunteers and four FSL-India staff members participated in the get together.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-9222\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DSC_1610-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1610\" width=\"299\" height=\"168\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-9219\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DSC_1553-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1553\" width=\"296\" height=\"167\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On First day we have started Get together with self-introduction of each other and then we all went to Arivu School, there children have performed dance, Tabla playing, sang songs and classic music to the international volunteers. Also FSL volunteer spoke about their county with the children played many games with them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Second of the GTG FSL gave volunteer chance to speak about their project and their host family. All volunteers shard their experience and learning with the staffs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9218\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DSC_1534-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1534\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-9221\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/DSC_1582-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"DSC_1582\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Feedback of the volunteer: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211;\u00a0This GTG is so nice. I like activities with children and the school and people also so nice.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I appreciated the get together I think it is a good idea beneficial to volunteers. The visit to school was very good. A good learning experience.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; I appreciate the work FSL does with the volunteers.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Going to the Arivu school was a really good idea.
