Participants are three staff members and nine volunteers.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8698\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"KG1\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8700\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG3-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"KG3\" width=\"196\" height=\"147\" \/><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The Green Woods Resort surrounded by the serene beauty of the lush green forest, Green Woods Resort is a perfect getaway where nature presents herself in her best attire. The resort is spread over 100 acres in the heart of Mother Nature and borders exquisite greenery and unsurpassed bio-diversity of wildlife. The GTG started with welcome, updates and energizer. \u00a0The FSL-Facilitator conducted session called Mood Graph this activity was intended to reflect on the volunteer good and hard times during their stay in India.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8701\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG4-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"KG4\" width=\"204\" height=\"153\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8702\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG5-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"KG5\" width=\"203\" height=\"152\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8699\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/KG2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"KG2\" width=\"203\" height=\"152\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Second session was conducted to evaluate personal development of the volunteers by having this experience and ICL. Facilitator displayed the materials which \u00a0we prepared in advance and informed the volunteers to write their names on that flower which \u00a0was prepared with the paper, the volunteers were informed to write the learning&#8217;s on the petals and to write about the things to take back to their country on the natural leaves.<\/p>\n<p>After the session, group visited the beach and watched the sunset. During night \u00a0the volunteer had one to one with their respective coordinator. Next morning, the group visited the flower garden spread around the Green Woods resort. The volunteers were very impressed to see the different varieties of ornamental flowers at the garden. Later visited the Senapura Tent School and volunteers interacted with tent children. Then, visited Guddemmady Subramanya Temple and Kindergarten next to the temple.
