There are 10 volunteers from Bangalore Region have participated in the get together.\u00a0 The LTV team FSL-India facilitated the get-together.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8678\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G2-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"G2\" width=\"250\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8679\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G3-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"G3\" width=\"247\" height=\"148\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The primary focus of the get-together was to know the progress on the inter-cultural learning and project activities assigned to each volunteer. On the first day of get together we played with children, cleaned the campus of Sneha care home, did Gardening work and cleaned the children\u2019s class rooms.<\/p>\n<p>The 2<sup>nd<\/sup> day of the Get together, we had a project evaluation with the volunteers. The objective of this evaluation is to know the progress and challenge in their project. The name of the evaluation was \u201cTREE\u201d where all volunteer should write about activity, progress, challenges and expected outcome. Then each one of them have presented their points to the others. During the presentation FSL coordinators have given them lot of suggestion and ideas to achieve their results.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8680\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G4-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"G4\" width=\"250\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G5.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-8681\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/G5-300x180.jpg\" alt=\"G5\" width=\"250\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Feedback on get together:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is nice to have the chance to come tougher, Exchange troughs and feeling and doing some activities together<\/p>\n<p>It was nice meeting other volunteers and exchanging experiences.<\/p>\n<p>It is a good idea to do some social work together but the tasks should be clearer.<\/p>\n<p>Nice to meet people again and get to know new people<\/p>\n<p>Playing with children talking to other volunteers, Eg: about the challenges and problems. Talking to coordinator to share problems with project contact person.
