{"id":6903,"date":"2014-03-05T11:49:19","date_gmt":"2014-03-05T06:19:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=6903"},"modified":"2014-03-05T11:49:19","modified_gmt":"2014-03-05T06:19:19","slug":"child-rescue-caution-boards-in-kundapura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/child-rescue-caution-boards-in-kundapura\/","title":{"rendered":"Child Rescue Caution Boards in Kundapura"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 On the 21<sup>st<\/sup>, 22<sup>nd<\/sup> and 23<sup>rd<\/sup> of January, our <strong>Home Based Project\u2019s Tent School<\/strong>\u00a0team initiated an awareness\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">raising activity in Kundapura in regards to children\u2019s rights and child trafficking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Our <strong>Tent School Project<\/strong> activities aim at imparting formal education to the children of migrant families. Often times, due to being a part of a marginalized community, these children face discrimination and hardship throughout their lives.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-6904 alignright\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/5-300x215.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 By analyzing these issues, our <strong>Tent School Project\u2019s<\/strong> team, along with volunteers, visited some prominent locations near the tent schools (such as Panchayats, bus stands, hotels etc.) and spread awareness to the public about these issues.
