Shalini Menon (founder of Educators Collective and facilitator of the session) joined us again, along with Shreya Talwar (YDP), to present participants with an opportunity to take a closer look at various different diversities and realities that exist within India. This was explored using experiential learning techniques, such as having conversations with complete strangers, and more.

All together, 18 participants from different backgrounds, attended this session. This time, our participant pool was a mixture of university students, young professionals and FSL-India staff. This provided for a good range of diversities that fit well with the theme of the workshop.

This Saturday (18th January) the YDP will be hosting its final non-formal education session on culture at CubbonPark. This time, we’ll be going beyond the boundaries of India and looking at world cultures and the importance of cultural relativity in our globalised world.
