\"53\"Monthly LTV Get-together for the month of March for the volunteers of Kundapur zone was organised on <\/span>15th<\/sup> and 16th<\/sup> March 2012<\/span>. It was organised at <\/span>Silver Sand Beach Resort, Malpe in Udupi district. FSL India team of Kundapur headed by the Chief Coordinator of LTV Program facilitated the get-together.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This program primarily <\/span>focussed on inter-culture learning which was facilitated by Mr. Joy Carvallo. Culture, Indian caste system, Indian religions, Indian food, traditional practices and beliefs, revers cultural learning etc. were discussed during the get-together. Project portrait, one-to-one talk with \"63\"coordinators and skit presentation were also on the two-day agenda. Indeed this <\/span>created a platform for volunteers to share their experience, project work, progress made and results achieved. It was also time to find solutions to problems that they encounter in the <\/span><\/span>projects, share the best practices in voluntary services and get motivated for future work.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\"72\" During one-to one talk with the respective coordinators, volunteers discussed on the challenges they encounter in the projects. Volunteers also had lots of fun games during the get together and enjoyed every bit of moment. Altogether 6 volunteers and 5 staff from FSL India participated in the program.
