In Pondicherry, there were around 22 volunteers from\nAFS, GRC and IJGD Germany who took part in the evaluation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/MTE-Feb-2020-9-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18778\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the MTE is\nto evaluate the volunteer\u2019s learnings and contributions, in order to develop\nappropriate strategies to attain quality results. To create a platform for\nvolunteers to evaluate the progress made in project based on the expected\noutcome. Provide a space for volunteers to identify and express the new\nlearnings\/knowledge\/skills gained during the program and to reflect on how it\ncan be helpful in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/MTE-Feb-2020-4-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18773\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>LTV team organised different sessions\nlike personal development, outlook on the future, project challenges and\nprogress, cultural and intercultural learning, and baseline survey. We also\nconducted some games and energisers to make the evaluation more interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/MTE-Feb-2020-7-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18776\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/MTE-Feb-2020-3-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18772\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Feedback from Volunteers<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Accommodation was good and enough<\/li><li>It was great and I liked the food<\/li><li>It was nice to see everyone again\nand spend some time together<\/li><li>Coordinator\u2019s talk was compact and\nvery positive. All the problems solved within a few minutes <\/li><li>Food was nice<\/li><li>Good event to see development of\nothers<\/li><li>I enjoyed seeing everyone and the\ntopics were mostly interesting <\/li><li>Food was amazing and I really enjoy\nmy time in here<\/li><li>It was nice to share the experience\nwith other volunteers. Super food<\/li><li>I really liked the idea with the\nflower<\/li><li>Like always, the food was amazing\nand for me, the accommodation is fine as well.
