This would eventually help achieve active employee volunteering in RBEI\/CSR projects through a structured approach and a more decentralised way of working and empowerment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_113618-1-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17691\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>FSL India has\u00a0conducted\u00a0Social Leadership workshops for 75 employees of Bosch, with the objective of\u00a0developing employee\u2019s leadership skills using social engagement as a tool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_132915-1-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17694\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_133440-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17696\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A historic step in this direction was the\u00a0formation of the first CSR Core Committee\u00a0for trained\u00a0social\u00a0leaders\u00a0at RBEI on Friday, 13<sup>th<\/sup>, Sept 2019 with 40 registered CSR SPOCS.\u00a0For the first time ever, a Core Committee has been created at RBEI to drive Volunteerism to newer levels, constituted within the frameworks of RBEI\/CSR-Volunteerism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_101409-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17688\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>FSL India facilitated the event which included energizers, activities, and the election of Bosch\u2019s first CSR Core Committee.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_112354-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17690\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"498\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_131934-498x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17693\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"498\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/20190913_100503-1024x498.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17687\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Since 2018, the Robert Bosch\u2019s (RBEI) CSR team and FSL India have been working on a model to enable and empower the SPOCs to drive Volunteerism for all CSR topics at department and central level, and bring all of them into one single platform to take it through.
