He has a birth defect of\nweak and paralysed limbs since birth. So, I cannot send him to a regular school\nlike other children. We are very fortunate to have FSL-India\u2019s school within\nour community. I want my son to be educated, so I send him to the Tent School\nevery day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_7969-1-683x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16937\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, there are 10 children in the school, including my son.\nMy 3 year old daughter Nageshwari also attends the Tent School. She has learnt\nEnglish and Kannada alphabets, and also some songs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_7912-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16932\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/IMG_7941-1-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16934\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>My son did not know how to write as his arms were also very weak and he was unable to hold the pencil firmly. Now, after 7 years at FSL-India\u2019s Tent School, he is able to write Kannada and English alphabets. The other children learn from him \u2013 he is their role model.
