Hello, I\u2019m Linda and I\u2019m Hanan!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our day starts at 7 o\u2019clock in our host family, when it\u2019s\nalready day. In the morning, we usually wash our clothes, spend time and play\nwith our house siblings and then, after the pooja, we eat breakfast all together.\nIndian breakfast is different every day: Dosa, Idly, Upittu, Chapati, Poori and\nmore and more tasty dishes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we are neighbours, we can go everyday together to work.\nWe take the bus near the Flower Market, in Kundapura, in the direction of Shettrakatte,\nwhere the FSL-India\u2019s Centre for Experiential Living is placed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

We are involved in the Social Entrepreneurship project, so\ntogether with the staff, we find out some ideas to support the local community\nabout social and environmental issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

One example is, we raise awareness among the students on\nmany current topics such as global warming, gender equality and find ways to\nsupport the tent school project with making and selling our paper products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

During our free time, we have many opportunities: we travel\naround Karnataka, we go together for a movie to the cinema, we go shopping and\nalso we get involved in the local beach cleaning movement, along with FSL-India\nstaff and many other volunteers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Now it\u2019s monsoon time, so we always need to be ready to open\nthe umbrellas on time, to close the window of the bus, or suddenly to find a\nshelter. But we are not afraid: whenever the rain stops, everything starts\ngoing on as usual, and we go on walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The life, the food, the different feelings and the experience\nhere are so positive, that we would never leave this place!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We feel the FSL-India staff is as our family and the people\naround us and along our road are so friendly and welcoming. We also built a\nsuper strong friendship between each other and between our family members. We\nare enjoying a lot!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 It\u2019s so nice to have\nsuch a beautiful feeling for this place and we hope for future volunteers to\nhave a great experience here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
