{"id":16156,"date":"2019-05-29T16:14:32","date_gmt":"2019-05-29T10:44:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/?p=16156"},"modified":"2019-05-29T16:14:33","modified_gmt":"2019-05-29T10:44:33","slug":"mid-term-evaluation-for-our-long-term-volunteers-service-civique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/mid-term-evaluation-for-our-long-term-volunteers-service-civique\/","title":{"rendered":"Mid-term Evaluation for Our Long Term Volunteers &#8211; Service Civique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>In the month of April 2019, FSL-India\u2019s\nLTV Bangalore region organised a Midterm Evaluation (MTE) for our Service\nCivique Long-term volunteers at Pondicherry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/XZJF9378-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16163\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The event took place on 25th and 26th\nApril 2019 at Pondicherry. 5 Volunteers from Service Civique France participated\nin the evaluation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_0884-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16160\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The main objective of the MTE is to evaluate the volunteer\u2019s learnings and contributions to their projects, in order to develop appropriate strategies to attain quality results. Secondly, it is also to create a platform for volunteers to evaluate the progress made in their projects based on the expected outcome. Lastly, it helps to make space for our volunteers to identify and express the new learnings\/knowledge\/skills gained during the program and to reflect on how it can be helpful in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_0871-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16157\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"http:\/\/fsl-india.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/IMG_0877-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-16158\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>FSL-India\u2019s LTV team organised\ndifferent activities like personal development, outlook on the future, project\nchallenges and progress, cultural and intercultural learning and a baseline\nsurvey.
