FSL-India\u2019s LTV Kundapur team organised the Final-Evaluation for our Long Term Volunteers from Experiment Germany. The programme was held for 1 day, on 25th<\/sup> March 2019. In total, 8 volunteers from EG took part in this evaluation. The FE was organised at FSL-India\u2019s Centre for Experiential Living. Through the FE, the LTV-Kundapur team collected the volunteers\u2019 final feedback and impact study details about their project, host family and their intercultural experience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the first day, LTV\u2019s Kundapur team organised different sessions for the year\u2019s feedback, covering the volunteers\u2019 experience in their project and host family and details of their impact. They also conducted some games for group bonding and some energisers.. The volunteers explained about their situation before coming to India, the seminar in Germany, how they felt after 9 months in India and also the challenges faced by them in India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Most of them appreciated their time in India.\nThe LTV-Kundapur team collected all the feedback received from the volunteers,\nwhich contributes to their final evaluation. They enjoyed meeting and\ninteracting with the other volunteers, the ambience of our CEL, and also the\ndelicious food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some feedback from our volunteers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leyla<\/strong>: The accommodation was really good, same as the food. Some of the\nsessions were interesting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Chantal<\/strong>: The CEL is a really nice accommodation and it feels like home. The\nfood at the CEL was amazing and we enjoyed our time together during the FE. A\nhuge \u2018Danyavadagalu\u2019 for the FSL CEL and all the coordinators and staff members\nfor being there for us during this evaluation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
